The DVX PSW15 Subwoofer from dB Technologies is a compact, high-output, 15" passive subwoofer. It is able to produce a maximum SPL of 132 dB and handles 1000W of peak power on 8 ohms. The cabinet is designed to achieve tight and maximized output and ensures acoustic response down to 35 Hz, resulting in a fast and controlled reproduction of the bass-frequency range.
The birch plywood enclosure is painted with black, heavy-duty paint, which ensures resistance to scratches and to the rigors of the touring environment. A strong 1.5mm metal grille protects its front panel, and its dual side-handle housing helps for easy transportation. For stacking DVX 2-way speakers or another subwoofer on top of the DVX PSW15, the subwoofer features recesses on the top. Additionally, there is an M20 pole-mount plate which allows overlying any speaker with a 36mm hole by using the optional DS2-S pole-mount adaptor. The rear panel features two Neutrik Speakon connectors in a recessed input plate. On each corner there is a set of holes for optional wheels (DWK20 accessory).
